Common Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

For Office Assistants (Multipurpose):

1. Educational Qualification (Essential):
   • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
   • Proficiency in local language as prescribed by participating RRBs.
2. Experience:
   • Not required
3. Other Requirements:
   • Working knowledge of Computer (desirable).

For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference for Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Marketing, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy.
   • Proficiency in local language.
2. Experience:
   • Not required
3. Other Requirements:
   • Computer knowledge desirable.

For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks. Preference for Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, Accountancy.
2. Experience:
   • Two years as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.

For Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):

1. Educational Qualification:
   • IT Officer: Graduate in Electronics/IT/CS with 50% marks + certificates.
   • CA: Certified Associate from ICAI.
   • Law Officer: Degree in Law with 50% marks.
   • Treasury Manager: CA or MBA (Finance).
   • Marketing Officer: MBA (Marketing).
   • Agricultural Officer: Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture/related fields with 50% marks.
2. Experience:
   • IT Officer: 1 year in relevant field.
   • CA: 1 year as CA.
   • Law Officer: 2 years advocate/bank law officer.
   • Treasury Manager: 1 year in relevant field.
   • Marketing Officer: 1 year in relevant field.
   • Agricultural Officer: 2 years in relevant field.

For Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager):

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks. Preference for Banking, Finance, Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, Accountancy.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum 5 years as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.

General Selection Process

Selection Procedure:

1. Preliminary Examination:
   • For Office Assistants and Officers Scale-I. Online test with Reasoning & Numerical Ability.
2. Main/Single Examination:
   • Main for Office Assistants & Officers Scale-I; Single exam for Scale-II & III. Includes Professional Knowledge for Specialists.
3. Interview:
   • For Officers Scale-I, II & III, coordinated by Nodal RRBs with NABARD/IBPS.
4. Document Verification:
   • Mandatory original documents, caste/disability certificates as applicable.

2. Form & Uploads:
   • Upload photo, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, certificates (category, education, disability if applicable).
3. Fee Payment:
   • Online payment via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI.
4. Submission:
   • Final submit after verification. No offline mode.
5. Multiple Applications:
   • Apply separately for Office Assistant and one Officer post. Fees to be paid separately.
6. Last Date:
   • 21 September 2025 (11:59 PM). Apply early to avoid last-minute issues.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PwBD/ESM: Rs. 175/- (Intimation Charges only)
• All Others: Rs. 850/-

Age Criteria:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years (for Officer Scale-III)
• Cut-off Date: Age as on 01 September 2025
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • PWD: 10 years
  • Ex-servicemen: As per service rendered + relaxation, subject to maximum age 50 years
  • Widows/Divorced women (Office Assistants): Up to 35 (Gen/EWS), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST)
