Step-by-Step Registration Process

Follow these steps to create your Farmer ID and register on the portal:

Step 1: ID Creation (Create Account)
1. Go to the Official Portal Dashboard.
2. Select ‘Login As’ and choose ‘Farmer’.
3. Click on ‘Create New User Account’.
4. Enter your Aadhaar Number.
5. Verify the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
6. Enter the mobile number you want to link and Set a Password.
7. Click ‘Create My Account’. Your account is now created!
Step 2: Login & Profile Update
1. Login using your Registered Mobile Number, Password, and Captcha.
2. Click on ‘Register as a Farmer’.
3. Fill in personal details: Name (in Local Language), Gender, and Caste Category.
4. Address will be auto-fetched from Aadhaar. If you live elsewhere, click ‘Insert Latest Residence Detail’ to update.
Step 3: Land Details (Critical Step)
1. Select ‘Owner’ in ‘Land Ownership’.
2. Click ‘Fetch Land Detail’.
3. Select your State, District, Sub-district (Tehsil), and Village.
4. Search your land using Khasra Number or Khatauni Number (from Jamabandi).
5. If your name isn’t in the list, click ‘My name is not in their list’ to search the full record.
6. Classify land as Agriculture or Non-Agricultural.
7. Add all land parcels one by one.
Step 4: Final Submission & e-KYC
1. (Optional) Add Ration Card ID or Family Copy ID in ‘Social Registry Detail’.
2. Select ‘Revenue’ for Department Approval.
3. Click ‘Update’ and perform Final e-KYC via Aadhaar OTP again.
4. Tick ‘I Agree’ and click ‘Save/Submit’. Your form is successfully submitted.

Documents Required

Ensure you have the following ready before starting the process:

  • Aadhaar Card: Mobile number must be linked to Aadhaar for OTP.
  • Mobile Number: For login and alerts.
  • Land Records (Jamabandi): You need to know your Khasra Number or Khatauni Number.
  • Ration Card (Optional): Or Parivar Nakal ID.

One Aadhaar = One Farmer ID. Duplicate entries are automatically blocked by the system.
