Common Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Registrar Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of service experience as Superintendent in the pay level 7 or equivalent post/pay.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Qualification in areas such as Management/ Engineering/ Law.
- Experience in handling computerized administration/ legal/ store and purchase/ financial and establishment matters.
- A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree or diploma.
- Computer Knowledge: Required, including open source software such as Open Office in relevant areas and fluency in English.
- Nationality: Applicant must be an Indian National.
General Selection Process

Age Criteria
- Maximum Age Limit: The upper age limit for the Assistant Registrar post is 40 years.
